Samvarth “Samvi” Raj is a 10th grader at High Technology High School. He has been in the Y civic engagement programs for 4 years now and participated in the Model UN, State Advocacy, and of course the Youth and Government programs. Outside of the Y, he holds strong passions for technology and environmental science. He is a part of his school’s VEX robotics team as a programmer and mechanic, an officer for the TSA club where he placed 3rd statewide for Video Game Design, is an active member in the Holmdel Theatre Guild, and is currently conducting research for testing microplastic effect on Planaria. Outside of school, he is a Junior Beach Captain for the Clean Ocean Action organization, and the Membership Director of the STEAMpark organization. Samvi is extremely excited and honored for the opportunity to serve as a part of the officer corps this year!
