Hi, I’m Samvarth “Samvi” Raj, and I’m a 10th grader at High Technology High School. I am thrilled to be a part of this year’s officer corps! I have been in the Y civic engagement programs for 4 years now and participate in the Model UN, State Advocacy, and Youth and Government programs. Outside of the Y, I hold strong passions for technology and environmental science. I am on my school's VEX robotics team as a programmer/mechanic, an officer for the Technology Student Association where I placed 3rd statewide for Video Game Design, an active member in the Holmdel Theatre Guild, and I am currently conducting research for testing microplastic effects on Planaria. Outside of school, I serve as a Junior Beach Captain for Clean Ocean Action, and the Membership Director of STEAMpark. Overall, I am extremely excited and honored for the opportunity to serve in the officer corps!
