The YAG Supreme Court of New Jersey resolves cases dealing with issues of law that affect State laws, State Constitutional Issues, or Federal Constitutional Issues. Judicial delegates are able to participate in a mock version of the New Jersey Supreme Court in which delegates act as attorneys who argue a case based on real NJ Supreme Court cases. Delegates work in groups to write briefs and argue their cases. During Conference, delegates will take the role as either an Advocate or a Justice.​​​
