The YAG Supreme Court of New Jersey (the Court) resolves cases dealing with issues of law that affect State laws, State Constitutional Issues, or Federal Constitutional Issues. Judicial delegates are able to participate in a mock version of the New Jersey Supreme Court in which delegates act as attorneys who argue a case based on real NJ Supreme Court cases that they are assigned in advance.  Delegates work in groups to write briefs and argue their cases in front of their courts, which will question them, hold a period of deliberation, and come to a decision!  During Conference, delegates will take the role as either an Advocate or a Justice while on the Court. ​​​​
